Hosting and technical logs
The website is hosted by Vercel. Technical connection data may be processed to provide the service securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Enquiry form
We use Lettermint B.V. as a processor to send your enquiry and its confirmation. Lettermint processes email data in the EU and retains the full message content, metadata and delivery events for 28 days. We disable open and click tracking. Applicant data is not stored in the availability store or analytics. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps taken before entering into a contract.
Abuse protection
Vercel BotID and server-side rate limits protect the form from automated abuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Analytics
Vercel Web Analytics is disabled by default. If enabled after privacy review, only approved non-personal events are measured. Form content, names, email addresses and phone numbers are never sent to analytics.
Your rights
Subject to statutory requirements, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
