Enquiry form
Form details are processed through Resend to respond to your rental enquiry. Applicant data is not stored in the availability store or analytics. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Abuse protection
Vercel BotID and server-side rate limits protect the form from automated abuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Analytics
Vercel Web Analytics is disabled by default. If enabled after privacy review, only approved non-personal events are measured. Form content, names, email addresses and phone numbers are never sent to analytics.
Your rights
Subject to statutory requirements, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
